Refund policy

At i-parts, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds:
We provide refunds/replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

  • Item not matching the description provided on our website

Refund process:

  • Raise a request within 7 days of delivery via email (vickygupta116@gmail.com) or phone (9999803141).

  • Provide order ID, images/videos of the issue.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable cases:

  • Customer changed mind after delivery

  • Product damaged due to misuse/negligence

  • Missing original packaging or accessories
